Amadhya hadn't slept the whole day yesterday and was very sleepy by 6:00 in the evening. I fed him dinner at 6:30 and afterwards he was fast asleep within few minutes of rocking.I gave in to the temptation and slept with him! I slept for 11 hours straight... I am pleased about it in a wicked way.
My trainer today urged me to start with floor exercises & abs along with the cardio routine. By the end of one & half hours, my knees started locking. It was amusing to climb down the stairs with such stiffness in the knees.
