I dislike the cross trainer. I usually burn less calories on a cross trainer. I somehow managed to cross 100 calories in 20 minutes on this beast today. I aim to burn atleast 150 calories in 20 minutes on a cross trainer in the next couple of days. Lets see if I can make it happen!
