Gave a Miss Yesterday!


I didn’t go to the gym yesterday. I didn’t know that I had committed such a big mistake until I told my colleagues. My 3 teammates are health conscious people. So during the day, I ate couple of crackers and the calories were counted. I had a cup of coffee and the calories were counted. Thank God, I had lunch with a different set of people…

Today, I worked out harder and burnt a bit more calories to cover for yesterday. Well, it’s just a mind game…
